Sophie Franceconi 

Sophie is a beautiful young nursing student and part-time model living in Massarosa, Tuscany, Italy, about 20 miles north of Florence near the western Italian Coast. When I was looking for a beautiful Italian model to shoot with me in Rome at the beginning of my Edelweiss Motorcycle Tour across Italy in the spring of 2022, I asked our Italian associate Calendar photographer Simon de Raineri to suggest a model I might book, amd he suggested Sophie. He showed me her pictures and I fell in love with her firery red hair, beautiful face and tall slim figure. I told Simone told that I defietly wanted to book her, and he put us together for two days of shooting and adventures in Rome which is featured in the FAST 2024 Calendar Yearbook.

Sophie and I hit it off as good friends in Rome, and she had told me her dream was to visit Los Angeles, where I live). Of course, I was happy to invite her to come vist me for a few weeks, but with her nursiing school studies it would be another 2 years in the summer of July 2024 before she could accept my invitation to take her fist ever airplane flight and come vist for 2 weeks and shoot with me for the next 2026 Calendars.

Those 2 weeks were a whirlwind of excitment as we took a
2-Day Photo Workshop with former Playboy and now Guess photographer Josh Ryan, we shot for both the 2026 IRON & LACE and GARAGE GIRLS Calendars, and I showed her to all the incredible sights around Los Angeles. You can see all of those adventures in both the 2026 Calendars and the
FAST 2026 Calendar Yearbook.

We would get togther again, twice in the summer of 2025 for more exciting adventures and Calendar photo shoots. In June I came to Italy where Sophie joined me driving a classic 1969 Alfa Romero Roadster on twisty country roads as we chasedd the Historic Mille Miglie 1000 Road Rally across Tuscany. And then in August, Sophie flew back to vist me again in Los Angeles for more exciting adventures and Calendar shoots, woich are featured in the 2026 FastDates IRON & LACE and GARAGE GIRLS Calendars and the
FAST 2026 Calendar Yearbook. - Jim Gianatsis
