Lunch with the Champ Max Biaggi & DJ Ringo
One of the days I was driving Sophie around Malibu, I got a cell phone call from
my Italian Virgin Radio DJ and TV motorsports host buddy Rocco Anaclerio to come join
him and fellow Italian roadrace World Champion Max Biaggi for lunch in nearby Topanga
Canyon where Max has a second home. Both DJ and Max had been riding their motor-
cycles in the canyons. Max won four 250cc MotoGP and 2 World Superbike Championships.
The picture on the opposite page was Max’s 2010 Superbike Championship Aprilia
RSV4 which I photographed for the 2012 Fast Dates World Superbike Calendar with
Playboy Playmates Jamie Edmonson and Heather Rae Young who were also featured
on the TV show “The Great Race”. Heather is now married to Tarek El Moussa and they
star on their home-improvement TV show Flip or Flop and The Flipping El Moussas.
