Ryan. I actually first meet Josh some 15
years earlier when he, as a new photogra-
pher just starting out, attend my Los Angels
Calendar Motorcycle Show at the Queen
Mary Park in Long Beach, with his then
model girl friend Heather Rae Young.
She was so pretty that i had to go up to
them and ask if Heather would shoot for the
FastDates Calendars and they both said
“Yes!”. I would shoot with Heather a num-
ber of times over the next 3 years.

Josh meanwhile, soon began
shooting for Playboy magazine a not long
afterwards his girlfriend Heather Rae
became a featured Playboy Playmate.
Josh shot primarily for Playboy for about 5
years, then as the magazine market de-
clined because of the internet, and Playboy
eventually went out of print, Josh opened
his own place, Issue Studio in Hollywood,
and he worked hard to pick up prestigious
glamor fashion accounts like Guess and
Honey Birdette. And in the past few years
he has been promoting his successful sold-
out Photo Workshops which help supple-
ment his income on a steady basis.
In the meantime, Josh and Heather
Rae had gone there separate ways, and
Heather became involved in selling high-
end real estate, and soon her good looks
and on-camera presence had her co-host-
ing a TV show “Selling Beverly Hills”. And
more recently Heather meet and married
Tarek El Mousa of HDTV’s “Flip or Flop” and
they are now co-hosting the show together.
