on the Goldstein Residence. James Goldstein made his fortune in buying and being the
landlord of two large trailer park properties. Born in 1940, Goldstein is single man who
enjoys being around celebrities and beautiful models. You can usually see him, with his
long grey hair and a black hat, sitting courtside at Los Angels Lakers basketball games.
and has gifted the home and property to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA)
with a multiple million dollar endowment to help maintain the property after he is gone.
