But fortunately, Emelina’s brains didn’t hold her back from becoming a beautiful work-
ing supermodel! She also began modeling at the young age of 16, and she went on to win
Miss Nevada USA 2016. Emelina's global modeling campaigns have included Marciano by
GUESS.
Another one of the beautiful models we got to photograph on the first day of the
Josh Ryan Photo Workshop was lovely Guess model Emelina Adams who I photographed
wearing sexy black lace lingerie in a bedroom set in the Issue Studio. Emelina grew up in
her hometown of Henderson, Nevada, just outside Las Vegas. There, she went to school,
and after being awarded one of the 12 Tucson scholarship spots at the University of Ari-
zona, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in pre-law from
the University.
Emelina is also a full-on actress with many recent movies to her credit. Adams made
her acting debut in 2019 in the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why. She also appears as An-
gelina Young in the 2022 feature film Bullet Train alongside Brad Pitt, and the 2022 Wesley
Snipes and Tiffany Haddish co-produced and co-starring film Back on the Strip. Her other
films include Mort In Sherman Oaks with Lucy Hale, American Murderer with Ryan Phillipe,
and Michael Matteo Rossi’s The Sweepers.
