Ducatis. Inside the latter, a passive ventilation system channels fresh air towards the rider
and moves the hot air coming from the radiator away from him.
The front is characterized by a marked reference to the Panigale V4, dominated
by the Full-LED headlight and the almost horizontal DRL, and closed at the bottom by the
leading edge that represents one of the new stylistic features of the Panigale front. The
design of the fuel tank, designed to support the rider in sports riding, also recalls that of
the new Panigale V4, adapted to the new mechanical base and the different ergonomic
triangle, developed to reduce the load on the wrists while maintaining an excellent feeling
on the front end when cornering.
The rear, completely faired like on the Desmosedici MotoGP, creates a monolithic
effect between the seat and the tail. The full-LED rear light is divided into two parts in ac-
cordance with the tradition of Ducati sportbikes. The exhaust, which ends with silencers
positioned under the seat, harks back to the racing tradition of the Panigale, underlining
the sporty soul of the bike.
Ergonomics
The ergonomic triangle and the contact surfaces with the rider have been de-
signed to combine support, comfort and versatility to make the new Panigale V2 enjoyable
to ride on the road, effective and rewarding between the curbs, while always maintaining
physical effort limited.
The rider controls the new Panigale V2 through a pair of forged aluminum semi-
handlebars mounted on the steering head. The adjustable brake and clutch levers operate
radial pumps with separate fluid tanks. For road use, you can rely on a 30° steering angle.
The footpegs, with forged attachments and aluminum heel guards, have a shape
designed to improve grip. The passenger footpegs are mounted on the rear subframe and
can be easily removed to transform the Panigale V2 into a single-seater.
The rider seat at 837 mm from the ground allows you to easily put your feet on the
ground, the height at which the semi-handlebars are positioned is such as not to put too
much strain on the wrists, and the position of the footpegs is designed so as not to tire the
knees too much, while still favoring riding with the body when the pace increases. The
passenger seat is well spaced from the footpegs and is adequately padded.
The fuel tank has an ergonomic shape similar to that of the new Panigale V4, to
