Tamara Witmer Tamara Witmer is a rare California native born in the town of Valencia, about 20 miles north of Los Angeles. Obviously very beautiful right from the beginning, her mother started her on the road to modeling at just 3 years old. After graduating high school, Tamara decided to persue acting and modeling full time. Since then she has appeared in countless swimsuit and fitness magazines, catalogs and calendars.
