Kudos from Exhibitors! Thanks for a
Great Show from...

Jim, Just a quick line to say again how the Calendar Show was a great success. Each year it grows better and better.

Secondly I want to thank you for shooting my bike for next years calendar. The model was both beautiful and very nice to my young daughter.

My wife and I would again like to say thanks!, and we look forward to next years show. Keep me up to date with all the new happenings concerning this last show and next years. If there is anything I can do to help just let me know. Sincerely,
Kevin Brooks

Jim, Congratulations on your great event! We loved the location of our booth. We noticed we had some space between our booth and Hollywood Chopperz. We would like the same space next year but we are going larger with a 10x20 space.

Additional Information
Exhibitor / Vender Map Placement Location
The Promoter Gianatsis Design Determines Your Exhibitor Location
Because of our unique grass park location, we do not map out the Show's Exhibitor floor plan until Exhibitor Registration is Closed on July 10tht. Then we start working from the middle of the venue location and work outward to the fence lines. Sponsors, Returning Exhibitors, Sponsors, Calendar Bike Builders, Exhibitors with special interest displays and attractive spokes models always receive preferential location consideration so the Show looks good, making spectators stay longer and return again next year. We also alternate Exhibitors to keep competitors apart, and place interesting Exhibitors to create a balanced flow of spectators for everyone's benefit.

We also give preferential placement to Show Sponsors, our own Calendar Bike Builders, Returning Loyal Exhibitors, and companies with interesting exhibits and who use spokesmodels to fit the pinup model calendar theme of the Show.
There are blanks on the Registration Form to Describe Your Display and make a Special Request to be placed next to an associate Exhibitor, on pavement, etc, or a particular location you might like to be in. A
ttach an additional description sheet or photos if you have a special display worthy of prime location placement that adds to the Calendar Show's spectator appeal.
We will make you a star attraction!

We will do our best to accomodate any special request for your placement at the Show, but it can not be guaranteed nor will we issue you a refund or move your location after the Event Map is laid out.

Many of Our Venders do
Serious Business...

Jim, "This is J.D. from ShotgunShock, and I want to thank you for the larger spot. Hope to be there next year and have an idea that might create some more excitement and attention to the show and to my product.  The custom bike industry is slow but customizing is still big in So Cal, and the lowered So  Cal style bike is becoming more popular around the country. How can I sponsor a new category of bikes, bikes lowered with an adjustable air suspension. The winner of this category would receive one of my products, the Shotgunshock Air Suspension, which retails for 1550. The possibilities exist to interest other vendors to be involved, such as exhaust pipe and handle bar manufacturers."
-J.D. Braun, ShotGunShock

"Jim, Let me first say that we did some serious business at the Show and I thank you for the choice of spots you gave us." - Paul Graham, BikerBuddy.com

Our LA Calendar MC Show crowd is THE SAME bike crowd that goes to and spends:
• Laughlin Bike Week they take half the week off work (-$500!) , and spends $500+ for rooms, food, gas and expenses - and now Laughlin is also $25 admission this year! Plus the headline Concerts are additional paid admission.
• Love Ride minimum $100+ for admission, plus extra for the Dirt Track and Drag Races - $150+! plus extra beer and vendors...
• Easy Riders Pamona, $18 admission and $10 parking
International MC Show, Long Beach costs $25 ($15 admission, $10+ parking) plus $10 beer and vendors...
• A Movie! Go to a 2 hour movie any day in Los Angeles and expect to spend $40! $12 for a ticket, $10 popcorn & Coke, and $10-$15 parking.

We are the lowest cost premium Bike Event on the West Coast!!!!

If people have an interest in buying your product, which is significantly more expensive than our Bike Show admission, they will buy your product. If people want to use the show admission price as an excuse, then they have no interest or can't afford your product, anyway. The admission price is just their lame excuse to give you a reason.

In closing...
Every other competing Bike Event in SoCal California has gone out of business -- Hot Bike Show at Irvine and the Rose Bowl, The Beach Ride, The Quick Throttle Show at OC Fair Grounds, and now Holister - and they had lower $10-15 admissions or were FREE. So it is not the cost of admission that drives buying customer away.

People come to the LA Calendar Show because we are a quality bike event with real value. And the less manufacturers and venders like yours who don't support us, the smaller the motorcycle enthusiast market will become and the sooner all of us will be out of business.

I hope I have changed your mind.

Best regards,
Jim Gianatsis, producer
